<image:title>Join The Dots: Get in touch - Great To Connect With You</image:title>
<image:caption>People I have supported over the past seven years are from a broad and diverse mix from senior executives to the young; those who are stepping into the world of work from education, plus those in work who want a change or shift in their lives. You’ll find me to be highly pragmatic and realistic with a very open, positive and empathetic nature. I do want to help you. Based on this and my core values, I am firmly committed to work with anyone who seeks a better way for themselves; to grow personally and professionally. In addition as someone who is neurodiverse, I recognise the challenges this can cause—especially in the formative years into adulthood: I understand and can help. For understandable reasons, coaching is something that people are turning to more and more nowadays; to give them a new perspective or insight into their lives where they can start to plot a new way to achieving their goal, which had seemed out of reach before. Sometimes these are small steps, but sometimes huge leaps. Just give me a call or email me to discuss how we could work together; it will cost you nothing.</image:caption>

<image:title>Join The Dots: Coaching - How Will I Help You?</image:title>
<image:caption>My coaching and techniques will give you the space to think long and hard about what you really want from life, whether it’s to find a new job, do better at work or to achieve an ambition, which seems out of reach. Or for some, strategies to help you or your child through their neurodiversity, such as ADHD: navigating a way forward with greater confidence and self-esteem. Through working with me you, or your child could change your direction, address your frustrations and inhibitions, re-focus on what really matters to you and achieve greater fulfilment and positivity in your life. Be forward looking. I have enjoyed working with people from all walks of life over many years, mainly the young, helping people achieve their true potential. I’m a pragmatist and realist with a very open, positive and empathetic nature. Based on this and my core values of justice, creativity, honesty and trust, plus the desire to help people grow, I am committed to work with anyone who seeks a better way for themselves.</image:caption>

<image:title>Join The Dots: Coaching - Working With You</image:title>
<image:caption>Fully qualified as a professional Executive and Life Coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), London and a Professional Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I have been working in partnership with people over many years who want to reach their potential and grow by focusing on themselves in a positive and forward-looking way. In addition I now have an award in ADHD coaching. Like coaching in sport, life coaching can also be quite challenging; to make you think hard about what you really want and mean. Sometimes, difficult questions can provide solutions you didn’t realise were there. This could be any number of reasons in life; fear of hierarchy, family or peer pressures, dented self-esteem or self-confidence to name but a few. Coaching helps to see past these and build on positive outcomes.</image:caption>

<image:title>Who Is It For? - Professionals – Executive Coaching</image:title>
<image:caption>Unlike those who have just finished education or are still in education, you will be in or between employment and looking to change to what you do, but are finding it difficult to take that step, or are not sure which way to turn, but you do know you don’t want things to stay as they are. Something has to give. This will be either, being more productive and valued in your current role, by addressing one or two issues, such as a lack of confidence or self-esteem as well as imposter syndrome, or to move into a new role, which better reflects your values and where you feel greater resonance and purpose – and ultimately fulfilment. This also includes professionals with neurodiverse conditions. As a professional you want to make a difference, but it’s about ensuring whatever you do feels right culturally and has a sense of purpose. By doing this you will be more productive and happy, as well as achieving a far better work-life balance. This makes the most of your talents, rather than just a few, enabling you to play a full and positive part in your chosen career.</image:caption>

<image:title>Who Is It For? - Career Starters</image:title>
<image:caption>Right now you are probably wondering about your future and what it holds, or feel that something is holding you back from making a real change in your life. It’s hard to make sense of it all and you feel stuck and frustrated. You are not alone. The world is not an easy place for you to navigate, nor is it easy to secure a first job or new job that fits your values and in which you will feel fulfilled as you are about to leave education or already have left and are floundering a little. This is despite all the hard graft to achieve the necessary qualifications. With so many more challenges facing you in the world, with the constant bombardment of social media and world news creating further uncertainty, anxiety and stress, it’s hardly surprising that you are finding modern life difficult to navigate and to plot a path you really want. In addition, expectations of the young, like you, are higher and demand more for you to succeed and deliver; to be the best. And still to be true to you.</image:caption>

<image:title>Who Is It For? - School Pupils - Personal Development & Career Thinking</image:title>
<image:caption>Education is an important part of growing up, but those learning within it are heavily impacted by a whole range of external pressures, expectations and events. As a result, school pupils, whilst having much potential, are held back by a combination of these things, such as peer pressure, a lack of self-confidence and/or self-esteem and imposter syndrome. Other characteristics such as introversion and also neurodiversity. I specialise in helping/guiding ADHD pupils in navigating school and life with greater confidence, with a full understanding of the condition and its impacts on child and family. This is a highly collaborative activity working with the child and parents, supporting both. Also, COVID-19 has had a debilitating effect on many young people, plus the insidiousness of social media also makes life confusing and unsettling. That, combined with news, which continues to be negative, has a compound effect on their mental health and their ability to look forward with confidence and positivity. I’ve supported pupils with mentoring and coaching, ranging from 8 to 18 years of age in 7 schools; helping them find new focus and a sense of purpose in their lives, but at the same time providing a supportive, safe, fun and stimulating environment.</image:caption>

<image:title>Who Is It For? - Service Leavers and Veterans</image:title>
<image:caption>This is for people in the Armed Services who are planning to find a new job in “civvy street” (Service Leavers), as well as veterans who have already left and are seeking new work. Often the latter settle for a first role they find having left the military, but then realise it’s not for them, it’s not stretching them enough or it simply doesn’t reflect their values or fulfil them. Having experienced all of this myself and currently an associate with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), I am acutely aware that, for some, this transition is not straightforward, nor is it happy. This isn’t the case for all, but having someone who is supportive and non-judgemental to shoot the breeze with, to bounce ideas off and to be challenged by can often result in real success in finding a job that is a far better fit - and one that makes maximum use of those many transferable skills.</image:caption>

<image:title>ADHD Coaching - ADHD Coaching: Children/Young People (8-25)</image:title>
<image:caption>This is my specialisation, with over 5 years working with children and young people in this field, with full accreditation by the Association for Coaching. An ADHD Coach is trained to support children in understanding their ADHD, how it impacts them and why, as well as developing coping systems that help them thrive both at school and at home, working collaboratively with parents/carer and teachers; to reach their true potential. Within a safe, supportive and caring coaching relationship, I build rapport easily, helping your child to learn to regulate their emotions better, strengthen their executive function, and build confidence in their abilities, overcome obstacles; boosting their depleted self-esteem.</image:caption>

<image:title>ADHD Coaching - The right support at the right time</image:title>
<image:caption>The current state of support to young people who are not in Special Needs schools is not good, as recognised by the recent NHS ADHD Task Force (report July 2025) – there are some 900,000 young people diagnosed, between 5-7% of the young in UK. Schools are ill-equipped to help and it often arrives too late; early intervention is the key. I can help your child - and you. It’s a quite unique coaching relationship, unlike any other and requires full collaboration, honesty and investment</image:caption>
